With a great reputation amongst the Brisbane 'foodies', the Gazebo Restaurant & Bar experience is a fusion of minimalist essentialism and inner city sophistication.

We offer a contemporary Australian menu peppered with influences from Asia and the Mediterranean. Try the Yellow Exotic Thai Curry Prawns on steamed jasmine rice or if you are feeling a bit naughty, try the decadent Chocolate Steamed Pudding on rich chocolate ganache w/ Malibu ice cream.

If staying in is your thing, try our lighter "In Room Dining" menu featuring favourites like Grilled Atlantic Salmon encrusted w/ dukkha resting on creamy mash and lime soy dressing.

Our generous breakfast is a great way to start your day featuring an endless choice of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals plus a variety of hot and cold dishes.

Breakfast - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 10.00am weekends and public holidays - 6.30am to 10.30am

Dinner - Monday - Sunday 6.00pm to 9.30pm
